- How long does a unit run without a visit?
- VeloxTower runs 4 to 28 days depending on the power option ordered. VeloxCam runs around three days on the internal battery and up to seven with the external pack, which is hot-swappable.
- Can I use my own cameras?
- Yes. Both units can be supplied with customer-specified cameras or as a pre-configured set.
- Does the platform work without your hardware?
- Yes. WardenLogix works with any ONVIF-compliant camera through an edge device and is sold as a standalone product.
- How do alarms reach our monitoring centre?
- Events route to IMMIX, SIA DC-09, webhooks or email, and the same event can go to several channels at once.
